SP6330n Need "Service Program Mode" help

I have been servicing Ricoh products (98% copiers) for 20 or so years.
I have been asked to work on a SP6330n printer.
They had a thunderstorm roll through last night and came in to work to find this...
It has a SC542 error currently. I know exactly what that is.
I have the service manual.
On page 77, Titled: Service Program Mode.
There's is this about the Service Program Mode: Enter the required program mode as explained above. The setting appearing on the display is the current
setting.

Problem is that it does not explain "above" or anywhere else I've looked in the service manual, how to access the Service Program Mode.

I'm so used to display panels this seems a bit foreign to me. Anyway I am heading there tomorrow morning (Friday) to take a look at it.
If someone could either tell me how to get to the service mode here or by PM I would appreciate it.

If it's like a 4100, hold down on the up and down arrows at the same time for a slow 6 second count and then press enter, or #.

RED, 107, START

or
1 Press the Up/Down arrow keys simultaneously for more
than 3 seconds, then press OK.

2 While turning the power on, press Suspend/Resume and
Escape at the same time

or
Menu-stop-left-back-ok-right

whilst balancing on one leg!
