A-2060 (B140) reset password?

People,
I have a problem with reset user password on this machine.
I try next:
1. 7-810 they dont have (only A-1060 : B064 have)
2. 5-831 yes , but when I return they ask me for password.
3. User tools buton-hold # and press system settings they reset copy
system setttings but still ask for password.
4. Log in (on machine) as supervisor , when I tray to reset pasword
they say that I dont have permision.
Any suggestion ?

To change user password, you must log in as administrator, not as supervisor. Than you have permision to change data. If you can not log in as admin, log as supervisor and change admin user name and password, log off and then log as admin.
