[Error Code] mp2501sp sc995-04

hi,
i got a brande new mp2501sp getting sc995-04 after install new nvram n ctl board (old 1 transfer to customer for urgent use)
ad changed serial no. in SP005-811
parts is brand new from ricoh malaysia
machine model is D159 but nvram parts no is D158 9590 , but ricoh guy tell tat is ok to use .
any idea wat is going wrong?

Are you sure that you ordered the correct controller?

The 20 and 25 ppm controllers are different and NOT interchangeable. (I found that out the hard way!)

The 25 ppm controller starts with D159 and the 20 ppm starts with D158. The rest is 5621. Easy to confuse.

i borrow nvram from other machine to test confirm tat is nvram problem
will send back tat nvram to supplier to test
