MP C8002 J029 ERROR

Hi

I have a problem with a new mp c8002 first with the developer motor sc326-00 what i fixed but after i receive paper misfeed what i also fixed with sp 1134 -001
And the machine print simple pages without problem but when i give duplex printing i receive j029
(ExitRelay Sensor: Late Jam)
Does anybody know what sp i must set again to setup the timing for the exit senzor?

I fixed the machine j029 it was paper stuck in the space between finisher and removed incomplectly by the user.
The machine in case of paper misfeed "D" instruct the user to open the finisher and after the "e" door when the user do this the machine
send the paper from the fuser to the finisher but the finisher not accept it so it end up between the machine and finisher.
If it is not removed complecty the remaining paper pieces will fall on the inverter and they can not been seen only after removing the left cover on the copier.
