    [Misc] Addressbook Management

    Hi. I am failing to copy the address from a Mp5002 to a aficio mp201 using WIM. Any one got idear of going around this. I do not have nx lite and cannot download SDM as it has been discontinued. Your help is appreciated.

    Don't think you can go backwards on the address book. 5002 is an 11a GW+ and the 201 is a 9s GW. NX lite Device Manager NX Lite | Support & Downloads | Global | Ricoh or if you can find someone with SDM...

      no you cant go backwards. think about one machine has an icon display and 201 doesn't have this.

        SDMA has been discontinued for some time; not sure if even it will work.

        I have also seen issues where address books can't be copied from one generation of machine to another; no apparent rhyme or reason to that one. (VERY frustrating, especially on large customer upgrades where it's been a few years.)

        I guess that nobody has heard of Google or Softpedia: SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin Download

        Please note that I can't guaranty it being virus -free.

        Since DMNX Lite is free, you owe it to yourself to try it out, as already suggested.
