Tray 2 is disabled when I want to do duplex, all the other trays work fine for duplex but tray 2 is grayed out when i select duplex from that tray. Got to be a setting i'm assuming. help appreciated. thanks

Is it locked for duplex, or set to thick paper? "System-settings" - "Paper-tray-settings"

Sounds like duplexing is disabled for that tray. User Tools/System Settings/Tray Paper settings, look under the Paper Type settings, you should see a section to enable duplex.
