    Hello

What S.O do you use?, have you tried to setup the path manually? (\\computername\sharename)?

OS is Win7. I had this issue before on a 3245c and the firmware fixed it perfectly. My current firmware version is :
      Printer : 1.21
      System : 1.21
      Engine : 1.56

Updating the firmware should do it.

Check the machine has DNS and domain entries in interface settings. Try browsing the folder from the RUN command of a computer. Make sure the username and password are valid on the machine / server you are trying to scan to.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.

"cannot find the specified path" usually means that you do not have rights to the Host and/or folder. Check the name and password you are using.

Something else you might need to check. Windows 7 enables NetBIOS over DHCP, and that will sometimes make SMB a little hard to set up. Go to Network and Sharing/Network Card/Properties/IPv4 Properties/Advanced, click on the WINS tab, and check NetBIOS over TCP/IP and see if you can configure your scans then.

...fought with one for 2 days until I discovered this little nugget on a Microsoft forum!

I have also found that on a domain, the first DSN entry should be the local domain DNS.
