[Error Code] 672-11 on MP C6502

I have this error currently. Have replaced the controller, op panel. Eliminated the fax board and HDD. Machine runs through initial startup as if it is going to come ready but never does. Stays on blue please wait screen and eventually codes out. I tried to update firmware but never get the popup window for preparing firmware update. Any ideas are much appreciated. Thank you.

Hmm, glad its you not me, these boxes hate me! Everything says its the controller not talking to the ops panel and since you have changed both I'd be swapping the co-ax cable between them as they have been a problem before.

Also try replacing the DIMM as they can cause stalling problems as well.

issue resolved

Through our troubleshooting we learned and replaced the IPU and OP Panel. Machine is running.
