    c4503 service program passcode

    This is the first I have experienced this. Just purchased a low mileage C4503, apparently the default passcode to enter the service program has been changed. Can someone please PM me and tell me how to restore it? Please do not post it.

      When Ricoh brought out the CXX03 line, they decided that there were too many unauthorized people who knew the code so they changed. If you are an authorized tech and know the passcode introduce at that time, then the previous servicing dealer has changed it. SP 5081 I think. You should still be able to get into Factory SP mode and change it.
