I have a problem with one of these not loading from the roll. Paper feeds in and out but doesn't cut then is reversed on to the roll again saying Load Paper, no jam. It only has one roll which is on the shaft ok, I cleaned the bed of paper dust, replaced the dress sensor but still have the same issue. It will print ok from the bypass so I'm sure the encoder strip is ok. Any ideas?
