hi, guys, is there a way make it print lighter shades of Grey i tried setting image density to -2 and also tried setting the printer to use save toner mode but still, the print comes out like this , when printing/ copying photo it becomes a problemE2C406C8.jpg

To figure out if it is a printer or driver issue, what happend if you print internal test pages?

copies come out the same Dark
and driver downloaded from RICOH site
