[Error Code] SC 990

I have a Ricoh MP C4503 that comes up with an SC 990 every now and then. I have replaced the Controller PCB about 2 weeks ago, and it came up with the error this morning.
The board came with the following firmware ... System Version 2.24 / Printer 2.06 / NIB Version 12.72.6 . I can't seem to find any bulletins in regards to this SC code.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
The machine has 89,000 on it mostly B/W.

Firmware module corrupted. Reinstall all firmware. Use modules not package. Package only replaces those that are not up to date.
