    [Jamming] Jam 024 in Ricoh mp c3001

    Hi all,
    I'm getting a jam code when printing duplex on this model. If I printed simplex it seems ok but sometimes it's jamming in simplex mode also.
    There is no physical damage on gate .
    When I checked the jam history its all j024.

      And when you checked SP-7504-024, where did specified as the location?

          The code determines duplex gate sensor ON . But paper was not detected.

              Replace D029 4580, it's been warped by the heat from the fuser.
              It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

              Hit it.
