[Error Code] Savin 8065 sc 202

Good Morning; I have a Savin 8065 that has SC 202 displayed. I changed out the polygon mirror motor with a used mirror unit from a Savin 4060. The polygon motor from the 4060 was working when removed from the 4060. After installing the polygon unit in the 8065, SC 220 is displayed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The original poly mirror may be okay. I've had the door switches also cause SC202.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Thanks, Ill try replacing the switches. Should I replaced all the door switches or the lower one only?

I'd go for all of them. I don't know Savin model numbers sorry, what do these relate to in Ricoh speak?

Edit - ignore me, found it. The poly mirrors are different between the two models, the 8065 (B246/247) mirrors are designed to run at a higher speed so the board structure will be different.

Thanks; You provided me with excellent info. Ill probably try a mirror motor from a Ricoh MP 5500 and see if the SC changes. Also I'm not sure if this is the correct way to reply to your message. I'm a new member. Let me know if I need to change the reply method. Thanks, again.
