OSX Sierra Scan to Folder - Ricoh

Hi,

Scan to folder with El Capitan and Maverick works fine but when the user has updated it to sierra, scanning has stopped. Also new users come in with OS Sierra on their macs and we are stuck on that.

Any advise on this? Am i missing something on the manual from ricoh?
