    W3601 drum

    Hi, All. Can anyone tell me the projected drum life for this model? I perused the SM and PSG with no joy. Thanks, Mika

    Almost forgot. On the type 240 paper tray for this model there are 2 part #s listed for the friction (sep) pad.
    B853 2575 Friction Pad Ass'y (RoHs)
    and
    G030 2575 Friction Pad Ass'y

    What does RoHs mean?

          RoHS means they have made the gizmo with the minimum of nasty stuff, mercury, cadmium, lead, asbestos etc.
          At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

              What does RoHs mean?
              From what I can dig up, the drum is the same as the AF470W and the life is 24000 metres.

              I also could not find this in the SM so I had to dig elsewhere.

                  Actual drum yields are seldom found in the SM. Product Support Guides are where to check. Using the Product Support Guides, items around the drum are common with the AF 470W which are common with the AF 240W. PSG for the AF 240W specifies Drum Yield: 40K/A1 LEF or D (24Km).

                          Well there goes all the flavor.

                          The think the RoHS sep pads are the plastic ones and the regular ones are cork. But I'm not positive.
