    hi

I have a get-u-wice account and I almost finish the service master exams. Sir MP 1350 is not included in the exams. 1305, MP 9000, 6005 is included. It is better to ask specific questions about MP 1350 read the service and core technology Manuals because most answers on the exam are coming from the manual. (privacy issues can also avoided). tnx

        hi

If you are a customer of Ricoh, you can tell your manager to get a username and password for WICe exam from ricoh. YOu will be given your own account. Password and username in tessa is different.

That's the problem, most of the companies don't want us to grow. The best thing you will do is to continue reading the coretech and service manuals. Since you have access to tessa just download everything then read it.

From memory you get a little pin badge and certificate for becoming a service master but i cant remeber the exact exams i had to pass I think one is bw service master another colour then the connectivity and solutions.

Best thing to do is contact or whoever deals with it a your company the Wice contact at Ricoh.

Do you mean work on machines in the field, or acces training material for machines on WICE?

                      If the latter...

                      Access the WICE site.

                      Click on Service Master.

If a mcahine is on your list, click ot the machine name and look on the red list (On the left).

You should be able to access / download training material in PDF or Powerpoint form to read up on the theory even if you don't have permission to take the exam. You can also often obtain notes for Trainers, which can have additional little notes.

Be advised that on many of the new machines the "Detailed Description" section which was in the Service Manual before is now only in the Wice training notes for the machine.

Assuming you are a dealer and as you say you have a TESSA account....

                        Access TESSA

In the left (Red) column, you should see "Get U Wice".

Select this and fill in the form. You should receive an email giving you access details within a few days!!

Does anybody knows if TESSA and TSC website are similar? It should be but it looks like the information/news are faster posted on TESSA than on the TSC.
Same question regarding get-u-wice and rfg-elearning equivalent.
Are the same training courses posted?
How I can obtain a get-u-wise account if I'm in North America???
I just want to see what information/courses they have posted there and how the information is structured.
                            Can anybody help? Thx
