MP 201SPF fusing overheat (SC 543)

Hi friends, I have using MP 201SPF copiers for printing ,copying & scanning. Recently two machines stuck with SC 543 code within a month. Apparently nothing wrong with heater, pressure rollers & thermister. When I reset the code fusing lamp heats the roller to an uncontrollable level & both rollers are damaged & stick together. nothing wrong found in power supply board. then I have to change the BICU board to correct the problem. Only thing extra I have done before that happen is upgrading the firmware.Any idea please. Thanks in advance.

Never reset a fusing error more than once an hour. That way you will avoid melting the pressure roller to the hot roller.
