hi fellas yesterday my customer call me that machine make streakes i said it's easy bullshit!!!! then i went there it's steaks like parcode streaks wow .it's happend every 5 pages .did that controle pcb.or ipu pcb .any clue. icleaned dimm but no avail

Without seeing samples, my guess would be a bad drum shaft ground.
