MPC306 does not release fax page memory

When transmitting, The available memory % will decrease as normal. After the job is sent, confirmed, and shows complete in the journal; the memory does not return to 100%. There are no receptions hanging out. Fax SP5102 will clear the page memory and everything returns to normal. It will continue normal operation for 4-6 weeks. We have updated the firmware each time we visit, and yes there have been that many updates. Anyone seen this before I order a $300 fax board?

Make sure the store option is not turned on in user tools.
