2020D printing incorrect orientation

Not sure why, but A4 Portrait prints keep coming out Landscape orientation. Printer console settings show A4 Page Size and Portrait Orientation. All is correct in Page Setup (using Mac OS X 10.12), so thinking must be problem with printer itself. . I use a Mac, but did test on a and Windows 10 laptop and same problem happens. There is no updated drivers for current operation systems.

DRIVERS USED
MAC OSX 10.12 MACHINE: Ver.2.0.0.0 Released Date: 10/12/2013 driver is same for OS X 10.9 through to 10.12.
WINDOWS 10 MACHINE: Windows 8.1 Driver Ver.3.1.0.0 Released Date: 08/12/2014.

OTHER STEPS I HAVE TRIED
1. HARD REBOOT

remove network cable
switch machine off, not by the power outlet,
remove cable
turn it back on
wait a while
put cable back in
power back on

Just to check - does the paper orientation in the tray match the dial settings?
