Software to transfer address entries

What software is available to transfer address entries from one Ricoh MFP to another Ex: 3045 to a MP5000

SmartDevice for Admin?
MF Director?

Where are these located I cannot find them please provide exact link wether its on the tscweb or another site

Using the Web Image Monitor, you can use the address book backup utility to export the address book to a PC or server. Export (backup) the address book of the old machine. Then install the new machine on the network and then run the same export (backup) on the new machine. Cut and paste the name of the file from the new machine into the file name for the address book of the old machine. Then upload (restore) the old, renamed file to the new machine. Some info may not be transferred for network or SMTP authentication in some cases, but I've had success using this procedure.

As Cobiray says, use the backup from WIM. In the past, I've been able to use Excel to update the address book then import it back into the copier. This was on a bit older model than the 3xxx and MP series. Don't know if using excel is still an option with the newer models.
