    Time issue on copier

    Hi Guys
    I have a problem on copier/s time issue..

    When machine arrives we need to set time back an hour, but i do get calls from clients espesilly lawyers that the time is out by an hour so i need to set time back again with an hour..

    Set time zone SP 5-302, then if you have it set daylight saving on SP 5-307-1 and start/finish, SP 5-307-2,3. You will have to research the start/finish settings for your local area. Reboot go to user tools, system, timer, set time all should be ok.
    OR! Tell the customer it is in 'user' tools?

      One important issue is if you use scan to email. If you do not set the time zone correctly, sent time on emails will not be correctly.
