    SP 4310 Factory Service Mode

Are there two different sp modes on the 4310 and if so how do you enter it?

I know, for example, on the mp c3001 you can enter factory or service mode by clearmode 1 0 7 c/s and then also by clearmode 1 4 3 c/s c/s...opening up slightly different options. Does the 4310 have this function? I know how to get into the normal sp mode by holding the arrow keys together and then hitting the ok button. Is there another way?

Reason being i am trying to clear an admin password, and on the mpc's i normally just go into sp c 5-846-046 to clear all address book data. but 5-846-046 is only available on the big machines when doing the 1 4 3 c/s c/s, not the normal 1 0 7 c/s. And on the 4310 its the same, -046 is not in there, so i am wondering if i can enter a different mode where -046 comes up.

    Thanks!

Just found out the other way of holding suspend/resume and the escape key down together while turning the machine on. But still couldn't get 5-846-046. Is there yet another way to get in or is there not even a -046 on this machine and what i am looking for is non existent?

Not aware of how to access factory mode on a printer. Have you tried using the supervisor login to WIM? The login name supervisor with no password. Supervisor can do one thing and one thing only, change admin credentials.
