Hi, I have a problem and I want to fix it:
when I even choose a size bigger than 1189 mm of paper I want to print it is marked with red square and it 's show a message "Current settings do not match plotter state job will need Operator interaction"
from "printing preferences"

Please for any one now about it Help me!

Is this message on the print driver on a PC or at the Plotbase server? If it's on the Plotbase you can change the settings on the server to fit the page after the job is sent.

When you change paper sizes on the machine you must input the roll size in the control panel. User Tools->System Settings->Paper Settings. This should update the Plotbase server so the correct size is shown. If it is not updated in the Plotbase try shutting down the Plotbase software or rebooting the PC.
