Mp 1350 printer features missing & cant p.r.i.n.t

Hi Guys

I have a problem on a Mp1350 . Had a Sc 101 Stabilizer issue.when that was sorted the masjien did end up jamming at jam53...cleaned and check everything for jam 53 coudn't find any problem,did engin firmware and jam issue was resolved,with that the printer features is gone and im not able to p.r.i.n.t also..

i Did setup newest firmware and im able to log into web image monitor and can setup scan to folder and browse from pc.

Any idee what im missing?

Did you only do the engine firmware? I would maybe do a full firmware upgrade. Or you cloud try doing the system firmware. Usually the engine and system should be loaded as a pair

Did you take the Printer/Scanner unit SD card out to do the firmware update and either leave it out or put it in the wrong slot?
