customer states that if they reboot the mfp, the please wait log screen comes on. beeps when ready, then white screen. he can touch the screen and it beeps, but cant tell what he is touching. tech support thinks a controller is going out. i was thinking touch screen until he said it comes up normal on boot.
customer is an hour away and billable, doesnt want us to come up there to look at it until we have a 90% solution.
any ideas? i know its hard to t/s long distance, but boss is asking what the problem is....they dont understand that if we dont go, we shooting 100% in the dark.
