    c4000 scanning and copying only half page.

    For some reason out of the blue, a customers machine started just scanning half the page. Scanned documents as well as copying. Printing in fine.

      Copying on the glass is working fine. I guess one of the sensors is jacked. I'm going out in the morning and will post what I found...

          NVM! They just called back and said there was a small piece of paper that fell out on to the glass when they opened the feeder.
