Savin 816 Error

For Printer, Scanner, and Copier it says Alert for Status

"Supplies Order Call Failed"

the LCD also says "Failed to connect to server"

Any assistance?

Sounds to me like @Remote is enabled but cannot connect to the @Remote server to notify a supply need.

I take it that you are therefore not an approved Ricoh dealer tech. Refer the problem to your nearest Ricoh/Savin/Lanier dealer as this may require uninstalling @Remote.

As a tech would recommend to purchase a service manual and parts will need down the road for serving it anyway. then in service manual look for copier service program section 5 will tell how to resolve problem turning off alarms.
