    animation firmware

This is such a silly question I have upgraded the firmware on loads of copiers but I wanted to see how to upgrade the animation firmware on a mpc3003 with non sop opps panel.
I have downloaded the firmware and put it in the romdate folder etc but the copier wont show it in the list to upgrade so I check out the service manual to see if it needs to be uploaded in a special way the problem is I cant find any info relating to it any one pointe me in the right direction

    Re: animation firmware

If it does not show on the list of firmware, then it is not present on the machine. I believe that it is only present if you have an App install that requires it. Installs with the App.

      Re: animation firmware

Animation has not been updated since the model's initial release, so shouldn't need updating. Anyway, it is updated the usual way.

I don't mean to be rude, but please use some punctuation in your sentences.

Run on sentences can be downright painful to read.

        Thanks.
