    [Misc] Ricoh MPC 3300

After the memory card was cleared the error appears on the printed paper. It seems the letters in red and blue is overlayed shadowed. I attached an example for you. I don't know how to fix it in the settings. Please show me. The second problem is the red stripe on the page, how can I fix it?

The problems only with color copy. Thanks for your help

Perform a forced line adjustment, in SP2-111-003 once, then SP2-111-001 twice (at least).

If it fails, you may have faulty drums and/or faulty ID sensors.

Before doing a forced line position adjustment, clean the ID sensor assembly.

What exactly do you mean by "the memory card was cleared"? If you did a SP 5801-001 memory clear all or 5801-002 Engine clear, you better hope you have the birth certificate or a recent non default print. If not, you mat have to do a manual line position adjustment in order to get it close enough for the forced line position to work.

try to execute the forced line adjustment 2111- 3 (x2) then 2111- 1 (x1) check and clean magenta and cyan charge rollers, else check the ITB unit most of i faced is torn itb belt and bad cleaning unit.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

Remove ITB and Fusing Unit. So you getting better and have space to the plate and the ID sensors. You must pull the plate backwards to see and clean the ID sesnors.
Do not clean with a dry cleaning wipe.
After doing SP1-902-001 (drum phase adjustment), check the result!!!
After that you can get the tips from the colleagues.

If all the tips should not help -->
          SP 5-610-4 ACC-recall (reset)
SP 1101-4 Data Recall ACC reset
SP 9-511 Grundstellung der Laserspiegelmotoren bei Farbversatz
          SP 2-111-003 1x
          SP 2-111-001 2x
          SP 2-111-002 1x

My Friend did Sp 5801-001 memory All Cleared. I cleared ID sensorand adjustment, in SP2-111-003 once, then SP2-111-001 twice but copy is still problem. When I make a testcopy the problem still exists, what can I do more? i dont know how to do a manual line position adjustment, because I do not have the code- Can you help me step by step to manual line position adjustment for the forced line position to work.

As I said before, if you do not have the birth certificate or recent Non Default printout, you are going to have to do a manual line position adjustment. It is a trial and error process, one color at a time. Referencing to black.

Your friend has caused all your problems, in 40 years I think I used 5801-1 once, on a small black machine, it did not fix the issue.

I have only done it once also. Also on a back and white, under the direction of tech support who had me verify that the birth certificate was with the machine before proceeding.

Now I have a second problem. There are red stripes on the color copy. I already clean the red drum. But the red stripes on color copy still exits.

black-white copy don't have any issues.

Maybe I did some wrong configuration, now how do I fix this problem?
