Hello Sir/Madam,
i have query related to my-ricoh.com portal. i have completed number of exams on my-ricoh but i didnt got any certificate.
so i just want to know that how i can ge this certificate for passing development area. it will be sent to my company or our portal admin can get the electronic copy to download?Screenshot (192).jpg

You can ask your manager to make a certifcate for you. That's what I did, I requested from our company, template is available in MY-Ricoh.

Ricoh should really permit the downloading of an PDF certificate when a development area has been completed.

I think it's important to have hard copy records of accomplishments as there is no guarantee you will always retain access to my-ricoh.

People do move around.

Certs' even if they are manufacturer specific are handy to include in C.Vs.

In the US I just have to login to the Ricoh Learning Institute, click on my transcripts, select completed and click on view certificate. That will open the certificate as a pdf which you can either save or print.

I would take screen shots of your list of certifications on the Ricoh my learning website. I've been hearing a lot of negative news about Ricoh lately in financial publications. Just in case they go into bankruptcy or something you have a digital record. I think Toshiba is in the same boat with Ricoh. Poor management decisions I hear.
