Hello, I changed the web motor, the machine works normally untill I have changed the new cleaning web, I have tested the motor in output check mode, the motor doesn't work. What can cause that problem?
Unlike other motors, the web motor does not run constant in output check. It only pulses on momentarily. You have to mark the first gear and check if it has moved.
Thank you. I know that it does not work constantly , because I tried it when I replaced it, but today when I tried it did not hear it pulsing. I do not know if it's possible to get a short circuit somewhere and burn it or the engine just is not good? Because this is a new engine, I spent just one cleaning web with it, but it will not run the other one. I tried the mechanism when I removed the engine, there is no stuck.
Take the web unit off, leave it connected, cheat the front door and run the web motor in output mode. That'll tell you if it's turning. If not, it'll be the BICU board.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
does this new motor tested in working machine? if its working then perhaps your bcu/iob is defective.
I did not try it, but I tried something else. From the other machine I took the unit which the motor was running and put it in this machine. Nothing happens, the motor will not start. Three days ago, I marked with a graphite pencil cleaning web, and this morning when I came, people worked on the machine, the machine was warmed up, I pulled out cleaning web unit I looked and saw that the line did not move. Thank you very much, I have to try this motor in working machine
