c300 ARDF sqeaking noise when feeding in.

This is the only c300 we have in field.
When performing DF output check, feed motor forward (and reverse) comes without noise.
So, I presume the noise is provoked by the reverse belt or feed roller.
    Thank you for helping!
    Greetings,
    Mark

Have you checked the friction pad underneath the feed unit? If it is smooth it should be replaced.

Ruben: it's what it is, it feels like rubber, but it's bleu, probably ink from ball pens.
It works fine, there are no problem with jams or so...
I will replace the rollers and fric belt...
Probably that will solve the issue?

If it's blue then it is worn, I believe the colouring is from the pickup roller transfering onto the friction pad. No need to replace the pickup roller, unless the DF has done an extraordinary amount of feeds.

DF noises are usually caused by worn pickup or reverse parts, very rarely are they caused by bushings or motors.

Ruben: it was solved with (or by?) replacing all the rollers and the friction path.
          Thanks again.
