MP C3503 RFID

I had a 3503 come in with a RFID device for users to scan their cars to operate the machine. I would like to take this off. I unplugged the USB of the device from the print card, reformatted the HDD, Did 5801-10 and -11. Took off user authentication management, set system settings to default. Yet it still loads the Java software and requires you to scan your card to use the machine. There are no Sd cards in the print card however.
What do I need to clear in SP mode?

You don't. You uninstall the App. Usually in User Tools - Extended Features or through WIM. Prior to doing that do the following to disable the App:

Enter User Tools
Press System Settings
Press Administrator Tools
Press Next
If Enhanced External Charge Unit Management button exists, select it
Unselect All Copier, Printer, and Document Server buttons
Press Exit
Press Exit
This will allow functions to work without a card
Enter User Tools
Press System Settings
Press Function Priority
Select the machine function that you want as default
Press OK
Press Exit
Press Exit

Check the following settings and return them to default:

SP 5113-001
SP 5113-002
This will turn off the Enhanced External Charge Unit Management button exists
