[Error Code] Ricoh MPC 3001 - "you do not have the privilege to use this function"

I want to log in and do some configuration for networks (IP and more) and he type "admin" as a username, but it does not work. it seems the username is not admin, how can we reset the username now?

Use supervisor, with no password, to change the admin(s) logins.
