I would check transfer roller casing as it's happening on
all colours. It also looks one side is more worse than the other. Either the transfer case pegs have been damaged or the 2 guides that the case slides into are cracked.
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential
Check your fuser, that both spring loaded levers are present, the ones that push the pressure roller when the door is closed, one might be broken off/missing. Check the transfer roller position guides, below the fuser, they have a tendancy to break on the 4500's.
My question to you... what have you done to correct this issue? Are the drum and developing units OEM and within maintenance interval or past due? Are the toners OEM? Is the transfer roller within maintenance interval or past due? We need to deduct before we can diagnose..... copier repair 101.

Pro, it's true the machine with 3 years life in customer place & just change the OEm developer & toner as mentioned by the dealer, vacuum clean all the pcu & DV tank, use the Fuji drum set. But it often accumulated the waste toner in PCU & throw out lots of toner beside the toner entrance of DV tank around 6-7k copies

Copiertec, just ignored the above reply because I was out of topic & thought is the B & W copier model MP3500 discussion. [emoji16]
Customers use very less on photo printing, most color on normal paperwork, even the poor calibration result but the normal Print out still better, so I dun bother it wait till any complaint. In fact, photo printing still acceptable with this poor calibration test. My luck not bad
