always use ORIGINAL OEM TONER.
replace cartridges and empty pumps pro

Pro, the problem is the customer print out 5 copies, only one copy with this type of problem.

& customer very less to use color copying can be a cause too? Toner will get hardened?

Totally agree. Also I noticed, on the opening page of the forum, thread listings, you have EIGHT new thread/questions. That has to be a record !


SEF or LEF ? (I suspect LEF) Do you know about individual pcu test pattern printout, to find which one of your dev units is giving problem ?
