    [Misc] RICOH MPC 3000 - Orange LED power on the Copy Button (The wide round green button)

    Hi

    Can someone help please.

    Orange LED power on the copy button on the control panel of my Ricoh MPC 3000.

    Therefore, I can't do anything : No print, No copy, no scan ....

    There is no error message showing on the control panel.

    Please refer to the attachment.

    Need your help please.

              If it doesn't say "Ready" on the copy screen, it's the hard drive.

                  If it appears "please wait" for long time, formatting the HDD will solve it

                                          If formating the HDD fails a replacement will be needed.
