ricoh mpc4000 toner supply problem

HELLO EVERYBODY!
a problem with mpc4000 (LOADING TONER EVERY JOB).
checked/replaced pump.
nothing changed
checked tube seems that no toner entire it , tried to see wen loading if toner falls from the hopper back (NO TONER SEEMS) and hopper is ok>
any ideas?

Clear all toner in nozzle assembly when the toner end sensor located & retry
