[Jamming] Ricoh MP C 2051 018 Jams Intermittent

This copier never acts up when I am there. lol I cleaned the sensors I could find. I also changed the paper drawer settings to the actual size of the paper rather than auto select. Feed tires feel OK. They changed different brands of paper. The customer says the paper feeds up about half way out of the tray then stops. This happens about twice a day. The customer says that when it starts jamming that it happens over and over Any help would be very much appreciated... Thanks so much !!!

First thing I'd check are the pickup/feed/separation rollers in the cassette, and the vertical path rollers. Maybe just paper dust/toner buildup...could be worn out. But I usually always start 'simple"....it beats having to work backwards...LOL!

There is also a section that will tell you where J018 is.
