mpc300 ADF pick up roller stays down

Hoi,
Immediate after closing the ADF cover the pick up roller goes up, but falls down again, thus blocking the originals to properly being placed on the original feed table.
It worked fine until I replaced the pick- and feed rollers.
What did I do wrong?
this is the only info I have from the serv. man.:
4. Slide the shaft [A], and then remove the feed roller [B].

So I'm hoping for your help.

Slimslob: yes that is so. It is difficult to re-assemble the pick and feed unit, the holding-pin needs to be at the right spot and together you need to give a twist at a bushing... No info in serv.man. ...
Waiting for someone who could give some more info.

These are pictures from a mp c305 df. See and check if everything on the right place.
When the df cover open and closed the paper feed unit gets a quick drive to move up the pickup roller.

I know it's just not the same but similar to the stella/griffin df. Maybe the df has problem with the torque limiter pickup?
I have attached training documents, maybe help with the troubleshooting.
