Make sure the two springs that make electrical contact for the transfer unit are in place. They are on the rear-frame side.

I'd change the transfer belt contact clutch anyway, eliminate it completely. They are a bugger for going on these machines and I'm seeing more and more go on the 1035/1045 series now.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Hit it.

since one is Developer and the other is xfer, I would first make sure the output of the CBT are reversed and if thats OK ,I would replace the CBT.

                  sc 395 and 402

                  Hello
a quick second on the IOB board. On my machine I fixed today the drum flywheel had come off and was resting against the HV power supply board (!!!!!). It caused sc 402 and sc 395 which were only fixed by replacing both the High voltage power supply board az320086 and the IOB board as well.
                  Morgan

all's well that ends well I guess.

It is the high voltage transformer for the Charge, Bias and Transfer.

Sometimes these codes are due to bad hdd.
