Had a ship in placed at a Title company about 3 months ago. Has worked fine until this morning when their IT called and said it's rejecting all their print jobs.
Got these service codes from the machine. SC 866 talks about the application for the printer not being located on the SD card and SC 921 (not found in the service manual) we think is leading back to a print controller font problem.
My question is, since the print scan is embedded onto the controller, shouldn't reflashing the firmware solve the issue? It came with a Postscript card but don't believe anyone in their office utilizes it. We booted the machine with the PS card in it and got the same results.
Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated
