This machine has only 3000 copies on it and the doc feed will pull the second and third pages together and sometimes the last two pages. I replaced the seperation roller and cleaned the rest., No change. Should I have changed the whole assembly?

Replace the spring plate under the sep roller assembly. The part number is B8722251.

Yep - install the modified spring plate or bend the existing spring plate very slightly to reduce it's spring-force. In both cases I recommend to apply some grease at the DF's bottom plate (the point where the spring plate touches it - you will see).
You also should install the additional mylar's because without the DF likes to damage the original's leading edge without them.Comment
