[Error Code] How do i reset SC 443 on mp c3500? please

So was replacing the toner pumps from bad toner problem.
I left a toner pump wire hanging and when i replace the transfer unit
the connection caught the wire and cut both blue wires.
and I got ERROR CODE SC443
So i completed the pump replacements and secured my wires properly.
I turned the copier on but SC443 came up again on the screen
I clean the id sensor by sliding the door
and the error code is still there.
I removed the id sensors and cleaned them
still no luck. I swapped out transfer unit same thing.
all the round silver spinning motors on the back spin on copier start up.
please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How do I reset error code SC 443? and do you think that's the problem.

Sorry to say that this doesnt sound good SC 443 is a problem with the Image transfer unit. This is controlled by the IOB board which also controls the toner pumps. Check the voltages at CN201 to see if you have 24V there. If one of the voltages is missing you may have blown a fuse on the Power Supply Unit.
If 24V is present on all the pins it looks like you have damaged the electronics on the IOB.

Pin 7 Ground
Pin 8 Ground
Pin 9 Ground

Hmmm...I don't know, I suppose just because everything was fine until you shorted live wires on metal?

Now I'm worried, if you don't know the basic lay out and the location of the fuses on the PSU you might bet a bit out your depth.

The pins behind the ibt that the transfer belt assembly connects to are bent. i popped out the plastic but cant figure out how to disconnect it in the back. its connected with a small white box or clip, I just don't know if the come apart.

SC 443	Image transfer unit error - replace transfer unit assembly (bad sensor)
SC 443	Image transfer unit error - check for binds in belt rotation
SC 443	Image transfer unit error - replace ITB unit-TB #28
SC 443	Image transfer unit error - check CN223-1 for 5vdc sensor opertion, replace IOB if OK
