MPC 306 Startup failure

    MPC 306 Startup failure

    Hello my Friends,

    i have a MPC 306 who starts up using the Start Button only till the Black Window and the Blue Lights on the Right upper side.
    The Maschine never comes to a operational Mode.


    In this stage,when i pull out the Power Cord and reinserting the Cord,the Maschine starts normaly,but the Icons on the Screen arent
    different from which a have programmed.

    I updated the Firmware,the JAVA and the Cheetah FW,but without sucess.

    Anybody has an Idea ?

      Go User Tools / Screen Features / Screen Device Settings / Startup Mode. Set to NORMAL. Then, press the power button, wait for the operation light on the panel to go off, then unplug the power cord, press the power key to completely discharge the machine, then plug it back in, switch it on and wait. Should be fine after that.

      On a separate note, NEVER pull the power lead out of a 306 while it's still on. If you boil the panel it has to be replaced.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

          Only for the ZSPF model:

          If the device boots to a black background with just the user tools button, this is a common fault; have had this on several new machines.

          Give the machine about 5-10 mins, and it should come up with a code. If it is SC672-11 then you will need to replace the controller D3AW-5681.

          You can also try re-initialising the screen, see if that helps. Go to User Tools > Screen Features.

              Hello,

              so,the Problem is fixt.

              The Operation Panel was the Problem.
              I think my customer pulled out the cable a couple of times to shut down the Maschine.
              Because of that he damaged the Panel,and if i try to fix it,I also had the only oportunity to
              shut down the Maschine by disconecting the Cable.

              Now I changed the OP,udated the Firmware,and erything runs well !
