    what does the repetitive defect ruler in the manual tell you it is?

      From the service manual:
      119-mm intervals: Drum
      101-mm intervals: Fusing unit (Pressure roller)
      107-mm intervals: Fusing unit (Heating roller)

        Rebuild the fuser. I messed with this same issue once and talked myself out of rebuilding because the sleeve looked good and it was withing service life. Once I replace the sleeve assembly and LFR, the issue disappeared. These fuser don't seem to go to life and will wear quicker when running any thick paper.

          Thanks for this but the image repeat interval is at 95mm
