So the image is okay if you force toner adding via SP but became lighter after doing more copy jobs or how can I understand this?

In this case you have two options:

1. Ignoring the technical bulletins and let the machine run with default settings (what is going to cause problems wich are mentioned in the bulletin)

2. Do what the bulletin says and tell the customer that the machine is running within the specification.

I have found that if you apply the bulletins for background and overtoning then you will get this pale image - some of the machines I saw would run out of toner and not indicate it on the screen.
I think that the bulletins should not be applied unless you have the symptoms of background and overtoning.
The machines I visited were reset to default and toned up and are still running OK.

I hat reset the Maschine for over six Weeks,but the Problem
comes back.After a while ca. 5-7K the Image is light.
This Morning was the Beast only a bit lighter, so I only clean the ID-Sensor
and hope the Best
