Problem looks like it is arising from the optical scan unit (SBU). I would recommend removing the SBU (unit with the lens) and cleaning or alternatively replacing with a different unit. Also remember that the Document Feeder has a scan unit built into it and may also need replacement.

Other then that it could be the controller that is faulty.

Check drum drive flange for the retaining screw , it may have fell out.

someone please help me urgent!!

my mechine mp7500 I can ping ip & web image
but I check at user tool printer features is gone
I just can change ip address at web image not mechine
and I try print but not come out my document

You can always type in the language you are familiar with. We can then use translate.google.com to what ever we are familiar with.
